PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY
Please select your product carefully prior to placing order as we cannot accept products being returned for simply changing your mind or no longer requiring the product. Product returns are done on a case by case basis and will only be considered if product is unopened, unused and in original packaged condition within 3 days from delivery/pickup and a restocking fee of 25% will apply with a valid reason. There is no return on software licensing. If a product is Dead on Arrival (D.O.A.) please notify us within 7 days.
