For most items, City Business Machines offers a choice of either :-
Delivery, installation & configuration
This
service is provided by a City Business Machines technician and is
available in a 25km radius of the Perth CBD. Installation includes
setting up of the item(s) purchased however does not allow for any
additional works (such as data transfer or re-installation of existing
programs). If you require additional tasks to be completed, please
contact our client services team for a customised quote.
Delivery only
Prices quoted are for Perth metropolitan area only, for other area’s please contact us for delivery charges.
Generic items can be delivered locally by FASTWAY Next day couriers and the Charge is $12 inc GST.
Lead Times
For
items that are in stock, delivery will normally occur between 1 to 3
business days of your order being processed. Please remember that your
order is not processed until we receive payment. If one part of your
order is in stock but there is a wait on another part, we will contact
you to discuss your options.
If you are choosing the installation
option, the lead time will be similar but may vary depending on our
availability. Once you have made the order with an installation
option, our client services department will contact you to arrange a
suitable time for installation.
